HOW: Plane, train, automobile…
COST: A mere $35.00 per person. No ads or expense to the clubs. Price is all inclusive. Includes all events plus three meals.
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4th
Golf Challenge. The venue is not set due to a last minute email from Brad Logsdon with a great deal. Please plan to play golf with us. Winning teams will be recognized at the District Governor’s Pig Pickin’ on Saturday Afternoon. More details to follow as we sort this out.
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 5th
9:00-10:00 AM: Arrive, registration, continental breakfast, silent auction. Browse displays and vendors. Ticket sales for 50/50 auction.
10:00-10:45 AM: Cabinet meeting
10:45-11:00 AM: Cerification of delegates
11:00-11:45 AM: General membership meeting with elections for the next cycle of District Governors.
12:00-12:45 PM: Light lunch of sandwiches, fruit, veggies, water or tea
1:00-1:45 PM: Town hall meeting with International Director, Dr. Gary Anderson
2:00-2:45 PM: Entertainment/Testimonials
3:00-5:00 PM: DG Banquet. ID Anderson will speak as we have a pig pickin’ with all the fixins, water and tea. Drawing for 50/50. Casual dress.
