A: At the forum, you will have the opportunity to meet other “just plain lions”, share ideas and learn from all the seminars. You can always learn new ideas from other lions, and they will want to learn from hearing about your club and your service projects as well.
Q: How many seminars can I attend?
A: Each Lion will be able to attend 4 seminars (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon) from an offering of more than 30 on Friday. On Saturday there will be 3 seminar sessions (8:00 am, 10:00 am and 2:30 pm) as well as the featured lunch presentation by our International President. If you are a first-timer at the Lions Leadership Forum, be sure to arrive early on Thursday to take in a special orientation that is geared towards you!
Q: Will I have a chance to ask questions during the seminars? I have a few topics I would like to learn more about.
A: All of our seminar presenters allow for time for questions at the conclusion of each session. Most seminars are interactive which will allow you ro discuss your questions or concerns with other Lions in a round-table format. You will find that the learning and sharing continues over the lunches and coffee breaks as well.
Q: Does my registration include meals?
A: Your registration includes 4 meals, 3 of those include presentations by professional speakers. Thursday Evening Dinner, Friday Luncheon, and the Saturday Banquet all include presentations by outstanding world-class presenters (check out the speakers page for more on this). Remember, the Saturday Luncheon includes a presentation by our International President.
Q: My spouse is not a Lion, can they attend the seminars and hear the speakers too?
A: Yes! Non-Lions are encouraged to attend and may want to take in the seminar on family membership.
